Product Description
The machine for sorting disorderly polyester bottle, put the bottle into the bottle hoist machine, rely on rotary thrust into the inside of bottle unscrambler, through the bottle turning device and airflow, the bottle is turn to upright. And output to the next step by a bottle conveying system. The machine body material is made of high quality stainless steel, and other parts are also made of non-toxic and durable materials. The imported parts of electrical and pneumatic system are selected. The whole working process is controlled by PLC programming, so the equipment failure rate is low, and the reliability is high.
The automatic bottle unscrambler is used for bottle sorting and conveying. It works with round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles of different sizes and materials.
The turntable is customized according to the size of the bottle to ensure fast and stable correction of the bottle with the bottle mouth down, so that all the bottles with the bottle mouth up, output to the conveyor belt, improve the production efficiency.
